Critical spares such as UV lamp, pump and membrane are backed by a prorate warranty for one year for domestic customers.
Warning and Precautions:
We have received complaints from some customers that they have been duped by unauthorized Service Technicians, who take AMC's, use spurious spares and then disappear.
Please insist on a valid MAX RO SYSTEMS 'Receipt' for all service and spares purchased, and lodge your service requests only at the office.

After The Warranty Period
After a year it's a mandatory to change consumables such as Sediment Filter, Activated Carbon filter, FRT and for some models the UF & Post carbon. The service will be done within 24 hours of your call.
You will receive a SMS or telephone call to remind you when the AMC / WARRANTY service is due. Please ensure that you setup a service appointment so that your water purifier is working efficiently and effectively.
There are other components such as the Pump the R.O Membrane the U.V Lamp etc which will be changed after their life is exhausted. There is considerable variation in the life of these components based on water quality and usage.
Service charges and cost of components have to be paid on the same day as follow- ups involve needless time, effort and travel in a city where commuting is tedious and expensive.
